<— We all know I went 5-STAR CRAZY for this book that I loved the most out of ALL of her books (and I’ve pretty much read ’em all – and loved them too). But this one… it hit me deeply, reached my heart and soul within my own personal world.
Susan: oh gosh, I still remember when she pushed the button to publish her first book. She had a lot of support on the blog back in the day and look at her now!!!
Maryse: She was and still is one of my #1s. I’ll never forget Slammed.
OMG my heart was in my throat so many times, and then I thought to myself… I AM SO CLEVER ‘CAUSE I JUST FIGURED OUT WHAT’S HAPPENING!!! And I was wrong. And then it went even crazier. I love when that happens!! And here’s the thing… Colleen mostly gives us sweet romance with plenty of angst, plenty of growth and a real deal HEA.

Yet another signature “Colleen Hoover” book, so beautifully written about personal growth, and discovering (or re-discovering) family, whether they be blood or friends alike.
Liz: I just finished Heart Bones, it was absolute perfection. There is nothing I would change about it. I sure had my doubts when I was in the middle of it, but the beauty of it all emerged.

Right from the VERY first line, I gasped, shocked at what I just read, and I was hooked. And to be honest, it doesn’t surprise me that it came from Colleen Hoover, as she’s written “love stories” in so many genres (some sweet, some forbidden, some with incredible personal growth, even that dark one… “Too Late”) that it just makes so much sense that she’d venture into a creepy, psych-thriller obsessive-love territory, too.
Tee hee!! YES. *nods emphatically* YOU (and I) KNOW THIS ONE!!
Christine has a reader question and I’m thrilled to say she’s come to the right place for this book-quest!!!!! It’s one of our original indie “old-school” forbiddeny favorites and I’m so jealous of anyone that hasn’t read it yet, and gets to experience it for the first time.
Our book community gets brand new members every day, so I don’t feel so bad spouting my older 5-star favorites regularly ’cause they are brand new treasures to them!
