Even though there were a few angsty moments, I didn’t get that dreaded ‘pain in my side’ I seem to have had a run of lately in the books I’ve recently read that wanted to twist you up and throw you for a loop. This was a perfect read for anyone who may be in a book slump or have read too many angsty books in a row like me

Anne: I finished “The Mistake” and loved it!! John Logan is swoon worthy! I liked this one a little bit better than “The Deal” which is saying a lot cause that book was awesome!
Tessa: Anne, I bought The Mistake. I already adore Logan just based on The Deal. I’m at 92% of The Deal and absolutely love it. It has such great writing with such humor. I admit, though, I really like Dean. He has me curious. ... I should have read The Deal sooner, but oh, I’m glad I just got to read that.

Lisa: The Score. Awesome. Dean is hilarious….love being in his stupid manwhore head.
Celeste: I loved The Score! I practically inhaled it! What I love about this series is that her characters don’t need to be doing anything huge or over the top for things to be interesting – they can have fun just sitting there watching TV. The dialogue is the best. Also… after the last few pages? I’m dying for Tucker’s story now.

Branden: I’m reading The Goal… 4th book in the Off Campus Series by Elle Kennedy. A little backwards because before that I read the Campus Diaries series not realizing it was kind of a follow up with the kids of the characters in the OC series but oh well🤷♀️both series are fun😊
D.G.: Read The Goal and AGREED Tuck is the bomb! Loved him…a lot! Sweet, sexy, Tuck…yeah, I could have a thing for hockey players if they were all like these guys…Love the book, felt bad for the h…she was not crazy likeable but the girl had issues…Tuck’s mom…yeah, I didn’t like her so much…overall I LOVED it!
Teri: I was scared going into this book because I read a few reviews where they hated Sabrina. I loved her! I could totally relate to her need to keep herself extremely focused on her quest for law school. It’s hard enough normally but when you rely on yourself for financial support it really does take every ounce of energy that you have. And Tucker, sigh….loved him too.

Ok, I was hesitant to read this series due to the college romance angle and hockey jocks.. But….*squeee* totally crushing on my new book boyfriend Garrett! And john.. And dean!!! Ahh! Such a good series! Slow burn love, well written steamy scenes, angsty but not broken angst. Love this series! Highly recommend. Just don’t get audio.. So many complaints about narrator and I tried book one audio and wow. Narrator was quite awful!!! Like HORRID awful. But reading… That’s the *good stuff* LOL
