Reader Question – The series about ghost hunters with a love story and desert theme on the covers…

Kim (from our Facebook crew) is looking for this one! The only two series I read that were “ghost-hunter” like were two of my favorite series EVER in the whole world.

Downside Ghosts series by Stacia Kane and Experiment in Terror series by Karina Halle (which I totally think needs to be a show series!!). Anyway, I don’t think these are what she’s looking for (though everyone should totally check them out) so in the meantime, maybe we can help!

She asks:

I’m looking for the title of the ghost romance book I read but forgot..

the house the heroine I think just moved into, has this guy ghost.. later in the story the ghost sort of made love to her or touched her until she climaxed I think..

later it was revealed the ghost did that to distract her from the pain of dying. The ghost knew she was dying and helped her that way..that’s all I can remember n wish to read it again.. read more

Wonderland <— I ONE CLICKED THIS ONE ON SUPER-SALE & I’m really getting a kick out of this author, you guys. This is my third one from her, and all of her story lines are right up my creepy alley, and each one, different than the next. More psych-thriller than horror (though some scaredy-cats might consider this horror 😉 ) and there’s always that dreaded moment that you’re waiting for that creeps the heck right out of you (and delights us creep-lovers to no end). read more

Movie Review – Talk to Me

Talk To Me I’ve been looking for something super-scary, chill-me-to-the-bone to watch, and while I’ve been indulging in horror movie after horror movie, I haven’t quite found the one, yet.

That said, I DID really enjoy this one, recommended by my fellow scary-lover, R. Renee (that I rented on Prime).

R. Renee: I also watched Talk To Me last week and it was fantastic. The Edith Piaf scene was genius! Maryse have you seen it yet?
