Janel needs our book help! Ooooh for a second there I thought maybe Raw by Belle Aurora but now I don’t think so…

She asks:

Hi Maryse,

I am looking for a book series and I hope you or your subscribers can help me. The book is probably about 10 years old at least. If I remember correctly is has some type of mafia ties, but I don’t exactly remember what.

I don’t remember the exact circumstances but a woman has amnesia and is under the protection of a man (who I believe is in the mafia). He keeps her safe and they develop a relationship, eventually falling in love. I think they get married or are going to get married because she ends up getting pregnant. read more

Rekha is looking for this one! And I LOVE the sound of this one. Right off the bat, it tickled my “throw my Kindle” fury and now I’m dying to know it!!!

She asks:

I am looking for a book/books ( I think it’s a 2 book series).

h is a student working part time in a bar. Meets H and they get married after a whirlwind courtship. Comes to know after marriage that H is not an ordinary business guy but actually head of a mafia. They meet with an accident.

Pregnant h gets kidnapped.

After some struggle h gets back but H has lost his memory and does not remember h. She also overhears him tell his brothers that not only he doesn’t remember but h is not even his type. read more

Anna needs our book help! It sounds similar to a few recent reader questions we’ve had, but I like the detail in this one. I LOVE the sound of this one (has an almost sheltered heroine, old-school forbidden romance quality to it).

She asks:

I don’t remember the name of a book I read a while ago. I remember that it was an arranged mafia book.

The female mc existence was hidden from the mafia world by her father. The male mc was first engaged to the female mc’s sister. The sister had been training to be the perfect mafia wife. She knew multiple languages. read more

She asks:

I need help finding a book. I’m pretty sure it was a part of a mafia series.

This particular book the main male character suffers from blackouts because childhood trauma where his sister and he were tortured because of a genetic condition that makes them less susceptible to pain. His sister dies and he’s haunted by her memory (she’s not a ghost, just a hallucination).

Her brother keeps her at a convent to keep her safe and that’s where he meets her (I’m pretty sure anyway). read more
